Question

.rtf document transfer to windows pc

I have a hindi textedit document, i want it to transfer to windows computer but the .rtf is not readable format i guess ...pls help how can i view these document in word in windows pc.

While this forum is intended to help users run Windows on a Mac, you might consider looking into LibreOffice, which is a free Microsoft Office compatible suite which will support saving in Office-compatible formats. Also, note that a TextEdit .rtf document can also be saved by TextEdit in .docx and .doc formats. Have you tried them?

I think there is no problem to read rtf documents on Windows. There is all info about .rtf and software to read and convert it. You must also have the windows font that displays characters of the hindi text correctly.
