You should be contacting your bank or whoever issued you your card and ask them why it failed or how to make transactions.

Since the payment methods above do only mention the Visa and MasterCard, using the debit card seems not to be possible, sorry.

Visa and MasterCard have debit cards. Mine is a Visa.

If you are going to the Apple store, why not just withdraw the cash from an ATM and pay cash?

They may wisely not want to carry that much cash and many ATMs have a cash limit so they would have to visit multiple ATMs. If they have a Visa or MasterCard Debit Card Apple will accept it.
