Ive tried resetting it back to default and making sure the language was on english but nothing is working please help !!
iMac model? Mac OS version? Keyboards make and model?
We can't do much unless you help us help you by providing as much equipment and software info as possible.
Also, if your mac is newer than 2005, we'll need to get yo umoved. This forum is for pre-2006 iMacs.
This could be a problem with your keyboard. I you have any other keyboards try plugging it in and testing if the backspace button works if you have the same problem then it is a problem with the computer
