i updated 7.1.2 on my i phone 4 now I can not access my voicemail on the screen. i have backed up reset the phone 2 and still not working. I have voicemails that I can not access on the new voice mail screen. does anyone know of a fix..

Try forcing all applications to close and power cycling the device. Test accessing your Visual Voicemail. If the issue persists, try the steps in the second article below. You may have to contact your carrier for a Visual Voicemail password reset before it will work.

Hi Jason269, thank you for this. I tried all the steps suggested and none worked. I guess with the new up date it automatically goes to the visual voice mail which I never had before the update. I contacted the provided and I previously had a blackberry and the visual voice mail was set up for the blackberry. It needs to be reconfigured from the provider for iphone and that should fix the problem.. Hopefully! will keep you posted..
