Its annoying please help

In short 2 monitors are hooked up same brand same size same res.

Issue is when I swipe right say to a second desktop where i have stuff at on monitor 1 it changes on monitor 2 also. I never had this issue before.

For instance if i have a web page open on monitor 2 and need something from swiping it changes both monitors.

The second issue to this in setting of the dock is if a check is put in the last box for monitors has seperate spaces then if i full screen on monitor 2 the stupid menu bar stays on top of everything and the dock at the bottom wont appear.

Any one have any idea how to fix this
