How do I turn off WiFi 'location accuracy' nonsense nag??

when I have WiFi disabled, I get nagged that turning WiFi on will help improve my location accuracy... nonsense. how do I turn off this silly nag?

1) location accuracy from GPS is within feet if not inches - WiFi location accuracy is often off by 100 miles or more, depending on the ISP - last time I was in Colorado Springs, WiFi thought I was in Fort Collins - completely wrong and completely unhelpful...

2) most of this sort of nag has a "don't tell me again" option... where is it for this useless message?

Same goes for the "Cellular data is disabled for {name almost any app here - many of which I really don't want talking to the internet behind my back anyway}" - how do I disable that nag??

This endlessly repeating message is very frustrating.

Just clarifying the original post:

1.) Many of us are well aware of the potential accuracy advantages of turning on WiFi, but choose to leave it off for various good reasons. One reason is to save battery when you are miles from the nearest WiFi hotspot.

2.) GPS alone is good enough in most if not all cases. The modern GPS receivers are very sensitive and quick to get a fix.

3.) We want to disable the Message, not WiFi. Disabling WiFi is trivial.
