I can't find shared on my computer. I can access my computers library on my iPhone and iPad, but I cannot access my iPhone or iPad on my computer... What's should I do?

and my status says oh,no users detected. I've looked at other columns like this but I have not found the answer yet. Also, if or when I get my iPad or iPhone connected to my computer can i transfer stuff from my upas or iPhone to my computer or can you only transfer from the computer?

Ok never mind I'm an idiot I figured it out you can't access your phone on your computer but you can access your computer on your phone and you can acces another computer on any computer as long as they are connected.
