can I make a video using camera on Powerbook Pro
There is no "PowerBook Pro." There are "PowerBooks," made from 1997 to 2005, and "MacBook Pros" made from 2006 to the present. As nearly as I can tell from a specification database, no PowerBooks were sold with built-in cameras.
For both series, the model is written at the bottom of the display on the bezel. What does yours say?
If you want to make a video on a power book you will need a isight camera. You will also need imovie
MacBooks and MacBook Pro both have a built-in camera on the bezel. So if you were talking one of those, then you can use Quicktime Pro to make a video or Ambroisa SnapZ Pro. Later versions of Mac OS X support video capture on standard Quicktime. So please go to Apple menu -> About This Mac and tell us your operating system version.
