Aftermarket chargers no longer charge. No updates taken.

Still on 7.1.1. Have been for a while. I am out of town and have two cables with me. A 12 volt car charger. Belkin, and a cheap aftermarket standard USB to lightning. Of course I have several aftermarket ones at home. As well as the original apple one. All of a sudden yesterday, I went to charge my phone with my car charger. I left it for an hour. I thought all was well. I came back to the car and the phone was 1% less than when I left it. When I got back to the hotel I tried the standard block charger and USB cable (aftermarket). Still no charge. Someone on my floor had an older (genuine apple) iphone 4 charger, and an adapter that made it a lightning connector. This worked fine. No updates (that I know of) of any kind were made in the last several weeks. I am stumped. I guess I'll have to wait until I get home to try a few more of my aftermarket cables. Any thoughts? Thanks Sent from a non desktop device...
