ip cameras not sending emails since 10.9.4 update

None of my ip cameras Axis and uCam are sending emails since 10.9.4 update.

There are still recording events onto sd cards and I have not gone over any daily limits

I have also tried them on several different email providers.

Is this a known problem since the update?
