Can I connect two separate external Monitors to 13" MacBook Pro Retina?

I have the late 2013 13" MacBook Pro with retina display and I noticed, unlike my last macbook, I have two thunderbolt ports. I have two dell monitors sitting around collecting dust and I'm curious if I could use both at the same time for two additional monitors for multitasking.
