quicktime converted my video files from SD card now can't import to I movie or final cut

I was viewing video shot on a sony DSLR .. from the SD card in Mac.

I was viewing it in quicktime to find the right clip needed

Now all my clips (streams are missing and lab led as executable file.

Can anyone help me concert it back.

Final cut and Imovie do not recognize the file type.
