Mobee Magic Charger/System Preferences conflicts
My Mobee Magic Charger works according to System Preferences, but I'm still getting "Mouse battery low" windows.
Please advise.

Wish I could give you a concrete answer but the new system doesn't show your device or the system you use. If it is Mountain lion there are some references in More like this (below this post). Read those and links from them for a clue. It looks like there is conflict between Magic mouse and Mobee with some OSs. To check this, all you can do is try running with batteries.
