"loading ad" when trying to stream from PBS

Using Macbook Pro OSX version 10.6.8. When trying to stream video from PBS, receiving only black screen with "loading ad" that goes on forever and loads nothing. This just started occurring; I used to stream videos from PBS with little-no trouble.

Any advice?

Received word back from PBS; their latest player is not supported in Safari 5. So a Chrome or Firefox install is the best solution.

Chrome has worked for me.
