Hi - my phone battery went flat yesterday as I was out all day. I plugged it into the charger when I got home last night and the white apple came on screen. I went to bed and left it on charge. This morning I have a strange oval white shape glowing on the screen and I can't switch it on or off. Has anyone ever seen this before?
IM having the same issue and when ever i try to hard reset (hold power and home button until apple logo pops up) the screen goes black and i cant get the screen to turn back on. Then when this happens if I connect it to a power source it just wont stop vibrating i need help asap!!!
Hi, I have taken my phone into the Apple store, they did a full factory reset and after a couple of days it seems to have settled down now even though the genius who looked at it thought that it was beyond rescue! I think I was very lucky. For the first couple of days you could still see the odd shape in the background and the phone was flickering a lot but that seems to have righted itself now.
