So I lost my iPhone 5 using IOS7. Tried calling and leaving message and it still rings whenever I call , normally. Unfortunately It was not connected to internet ( cellular off ) so on Find My iPhone on iCloud it said offline. Is there anyway I can still track it?

In order for it to be tracked is for your iPhone to be connected to service through your carrier or Wi-Fi. Once it has been connected, it should show up as online to be tracked. You can check out the article below for more information.
