apple tv disconnects with airplay
Hi all,
We have had the Apple TV for few months now. We returned the first box and got it changed for a new one after it disconnected quite often when using the Airplay from our laptop. However, the issues worsened with the new box. Using another Apple product seems to create a loss of signal and we then have to restart the whole thing. Same thing happens when we watch Netflix directly from the TV. When using another Apple product, the signal is lost and the streaming stops. This makes the product pretty much unusable. Has this sort of issue been encountered and solved by any of you? Should we just return it once again for troubleshooting? Thanks
