I've created and iAd and art with iAd producer. But when I go through steps and after I select 'from iAd producer' template - I press the select button and I get this.. no banners visible.. what am I doing wrong???
Did you upload to workbench from within iAd Producer? You need to upload before you can select the ad.

Yes I did. And on the creative part. I select the iAd producer art. From there, there is a select banner button. Which I select and it's empty. I cannot proceed after this. Need help. Thanks
Hmmm....Did you use the same log-in for iAd Producer and iAd Workbench?

correct.. See image of what I get after I've selected IAd Producer
It wants me to select a banner - but there is nothing there to select. I've made sure banners are named in iAds.

Does the ad have video? This may be Workbench being picky about the format of the video content in your ad. Be sure that your video files conform to the specifications in https://developer.apple.com/iad/creative-specifications/iad-creative-specificati ons.pdf

Did you ever get resolution to this? I've had the same issue for weeks and get get any support from Apple... I've ensured my video meets their requirements and the ad still doesn't upload from Producer to Workbench
What shows up in the project warning window? (Window > Project Warnings, or cmd-shift-V)
What errors are reported when you attempt to upload?
No warnings or errors in the Project Warnings window... From an iAd Producer standpoint the ad appears to upload successfully but get the below window from iAd Workbench when trying to use a banner

The problem appears to be with iAd Blueprints projects, these do not correctly upload to iAd Workbench. When I created a project from scratch (not a Blueprint template), the project upload correctly.
I had this problem and I figured it out by NOT selecting a banner ad for universal devices but for iPhone and suddenly there was an iAd Producer option.
