iCloud Calendar & Contacts

First off my iPhone is a Model 5S with the latest OS Version installed. My laptop is a HP Pavilion G7 running Windows 7 64-bit. My default Browser is the latest Version 35.0.1916.153 m.

Now the problem.

My iCloud Calendar & iCloud Contacts does not sync with my iPhone 5S. Everything that I know of is set to sync. Just to prove this point, my Notes, Reminders, and Mail is syncing properly. i.e., no problem with these.

Regarding Contacts on my iPhone, they do not sync over to iCloud on my Windows Laptop. Regarding iCloud Calendar, if I enter an appointment on my iPhone and then open my iCloud on my laptop the calendar is blank, none of my appointments that are on my iPhone show up on the laptop. However, if I enter an appointment on my laptop iCloud, it does show up on my iPhone. Although one thing that's peculiar is the iPhone appointment is exactly the same as the laptop Calender appointment with the exception of the Start & Stop Times. The Time's are exactly one hour earlier then the laptop iCloud appointment.

Does anyone have any idea what my problem may be?

Hey there bobsTouch,

It sounds like you have a couple of issues syncing your iCloud Calendar and Contacts and the start and end times are different as well. As for the times being different, I would check to see if both accounts are set to the same time zone:
