Since I've update Maverick 10.9.3 to 10.9.4, MAIL can't recognize all my email account that I have in my preference system.
Mail ask me all time to configure my email accound (add email account).
When I try to configure an email account in MAIL, MAIL still frozen.
Someone have a tip our a solution ?

Delete the account and when setting it up again, hold down the option/alt key before hitting continue. This will let you set them up manually. See if that helps.
Problems encountered immediately following an incremental upgrade (i.e. 10.9.3 to 10.9.4) are very often solved by download in installing the Combo updater. You can find the OS X 10.9.4 Combo updater hereon the Apple download site. Incremental updates only update files that have been changed since the previous update but the combo updater updates all the files that have changed since the initial release of the version of OS X (in this case OS X 10.9).

Thank you for your help but after to have installed your Combo Updater, I've the same problem. I can see all my email accounts in my Preferences System but the application MAIL see nothing. All is empty. No account email configured in MAIL application. MAIL ask me if I want to configure an email account.
Thank you Eric, but the problem still there. MAIL can't see my .me.com and Gmail.com email account. MAIL ask me all the time to add an email account and when I'am trying to configure it, MAIL freeze.
I've been forced to install SPARROW LITE to have my emails accounts in my iMac. 😟
Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
The title of the Console window should be All Messages. If it isn't, select
SYSTEM LOG QUERIES ▹ All Messages
from the log list on the left. If you don't see that list, select
View ▹ Show Log List
from the menu bar at the top of the screen.Click the Clear Display icon in the toolbar. Then quit Mail and relaunch it. Select any messages that appear in the Console window. Copy them to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message by pressing command-V.
The log contains a vast amount of information, almost all of which is irrelevant to solving any particular problem. When posting a log extract, be selective. A few dozen lines are almost always more than enough.
Please don't indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.
Please don't post screenshots of log messages—post the text.
Some private information, such as your name, may appear in the log. Anonymize before posting.

Please follow these directions to delete the Mail "sandbox" folders. In OS X 10.9 there are two sandboxes, while in 10.8 there is only one. If you're running a version older than 10.8, this comment isn't applicable.
Back up all data.
Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:
~/Library/Containers/com.apple.mail
Right-click or control-click the highlighted line and select
Services ▹ Reveal
from the contextual menu.* A Finder window should open with a folder named "com.apple.mail" selected. If it does, move the selected folder—not just its contents—to the Desktop. Leave the Finder window open for now.
Log out and log back in. Launch Mail and test. If the problem is resolved, you may have to recreate some of your Mail settings. You can then delete the folder you moved and close the Finder window.
This action will delete any custom Mail stationery that you have created. If you want to preserve it, ask for instructions.
If you still have the problem, quit Mail again and put the folder back where it was, overwriting the one that may have been created in its place. Repeat with this line:
~/Library/Containers/com.apple.MailServiceAgent
Caution: If you change any of the contents of the sandbox, but leave the folder itself in place, Mail may crash or not launch at all. Deleting the whole sandbox will cause it to be rebuilt automatically.
*If you don't see the contextual menu item, copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. In the Finder, select
Go ▹ Go to Folder...
from the menu bar and paste into the box that opens by pressing command-V. You won't see what you pasted because a line break is included. Press return.
Another thread was also dealing with mail not working and it turned out to be a conflict between OS 10.9.4 and Intego virus protection. Until Intego updates, it needs to be uninstalled using their Uninstaller (as opposed to disabled). Here is link: Mail app has stopped working after 10.9.4 update on July 4, 2014

I did that but impossible. Internet Accounts told me that it's not possible to check the setups on mail server Gmail.com 😟

I can add an email account, but when MAIL try to connect with Gmail server, it can't connect with Gmail server.

My settings are correct concerning my Gmail account. It's problem with MAIL application. I have no problem with my Gmail account when I use SPARROW application. So I'll live with that.
