Time Machine blinking amber

I have 2 Time Machines - one connect to my mac, the other to my Macbook Pro. We did this to extend the internet throughout the house. I was able to bridge them together. All was well until the power went out. The Mac TM has a blinking amber light. It shows it is still bridged, but with a dashed line. When I click on it, it says the wifi connection is excellent. All looks good. I have unplugged it, reset it, created a new network, etc I still get the blinking light. Help please. This is the one that has all our photos on it. We have a ton of pictures from living and traveling overseas. That was the main reason I got a TM. The Macbook Pro TM is just to extend the wifi throughout the whole house. Also the Mac TM is the bigger TM at 3Tb. help please
