HELP :@

I bought my macbook 2 years ago second hand, now I wish to sell it so, I rebooted everything and it is asking me for my email for the mac os x lion which I dont have. Help I have tried everthing and they dont even chat with out the the serial number WHICH I DONT HAVE!!!!!!!!!!
