I Can't download QuickTime for ipad

No such download. The QT AV subset and Air Play are built into the mobile device IOS. Various Apple GUIs (apps) that come with the device or that can be downloaded to the device utilize the QT IOS embed to play intrinsically supported audio and video compression formats with third-party downloads potentially capable of handling additional content. I.e., if required, download additional apps that suit your video application needs—a media player, editor, converter, etc. (E.g., Videos, Trailers, iMovie, Netflix, Air Video, Air Video HD, Media Drive, SeagateMedia, My Cloud, LaCie MyNAS, etc. to name just a few apps.
