iPhone 4S isn't backing up Photo Stream to the Cloud. Why?
My iPhone 4S isn’t backing up my Photo Stream to the Cloud. The feature was working fine until about three weeks ago.

Unfortunately, I've had no reply to my post in that thread:
I've followed the steps listed above—I closed the Camera app and am on Wi-Fi, and signed out and back in to my iCloud dashboard. (I don't see a way to update it, or know if there is a more recent version.) Still there are no photos in my folder on my computer. Any other suggestions? They were being automatically uploaded as recently as a week ago.
I'm using an iPhone 4S and Windows 7. On my phone, I have:
- 1. Settings>Photos and Camera>My Photo Stream, Photo Sharing, Summarize Photos and Keep Normal Photo selected. (On)
- 2. iCloud>Photos>My Photo Stream and Photo Sharing are both selected. (On)
- 3. iCloud>Storage and Backup>iCloud Backup is turned on.
Can someone please tell me what to check next?
