how do i use a 30 pin nono on a 7th generation dock

We have a new stereo that has a ipad dock but is for a 7th generation nono lightning connection ......and we have a 5th generation nano that has the old 30pin connection.

Just wondered if there is a adaptor to allow a 30 to sit into a Lightning dock station.
