Error:-50 when trying to add my Brother Multifunction Printer.

Computer details:

OS X 10.4.11.

Processor: 2GHz PowerPC G5

Memory: 2GB DDR SDRAM

Printer details: Brother MFC-7360N

I have completely reset all printer settings to start again but still no luck.

I have downloaded the latest printer driver (CUPS) - I have noticed when selecting this printer to add all other CUPS drivers are v1.1, my printer selection simply says CUPS. Not sure if this has anything to do with the problem? (I have attached image of error and printer selection.

I have contacted Brother and they have advised that it is an apple system error.
