Hi Everyone
I wish to emulate something that we often see. As an audio file is played, the visual representation is shown of the progress bar moving along the audio tracks.
Audacity, allows me to only export the audio portion ( hence the name? :-)). Anyone solved this easily? ( I can think of some awful work arounds, but I would like to explore the elegant first.) I want to use this on a slide in Keynote.

In Flash Pro or HTML authoring you would set this as an attribute, in Keynote there is no such feature.
My work around ( probably the same awful one you already use) is to animate a series of rectangle shapes, one on top of the other using the appear effect.
