let us say that " warming up " is something normal ..

when my 5s warming up .. and still using it .. the touch will respond in a prmitive way .. to slow and if you touch in the bottom of screen it will touch on the top ... i mean it will not respond the same way when it cold !
any help ?
Did you already try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again? You will not lose data by resetting, but it can cure some glitches after installing new software or apps.
If this does not work, and to rule out a software issue, try to set it up as new device without using the latest backup, explained here:

If still no luck, get it serviced by Apple or visit an Authorized Apple Service Provider next to your place.
