contacts

i have 2 contact groups on my iPhone iCloud and on my iPhone but on my macbook pro i only have iCloud

so how do i get the contact from the group on my iPhone onto my macbook

Verify that the groups on your phone are actually on iCloud account.


In Contacts.app on your Mac, you can have groups under iCloud and "On My Mac". The local "On My Mac" contacts do not sync. I don't have an iPhone but it could have something similar.


It's also possible you have another account like Gmail that has contacts. If yes, you would need to add your Gmail account to Contact.app on your Mac.
