How do I change the video quality and output file format? The new interface is a mystery.

I don't want to be limited to the default settings and .mp4 files. I want to experiment with the options for the best image and sound. But WHERE are those options? After the redesign of the interface, it changed from intuitive to "where is everything?"

All you can choose it the dimensions of the final file in iMovie 10.

iMovie 9 still has share to QuickTime and it has the options you're talking about.

WHY? It's just like removing WAV playback from iTunes. Why remove a useful feature that gives the user more options to choose from?

If that is true, then I do not like it one bit. I want the option to change formats and quality. I want it back.
