Disney apps will not authenticate with FIOS

Disney apps will not authenticate with FIOS

On my Apple TV and iOS devices I cannot get Disney apps, or any apps that require authentication, to authenticate with Verizon FIOS. I enter the correct information and then after login the spinning symbol just spins and spins. Anyone else seeing this?

I have tried this and get the spinning issue with all disney apps and ABC. For some reason PBS is working for me right now.

I have tried it with the following browsers:

Chrome
Safari
Firefox
IOS
I've even logged into a work computer remotely and tried internet explorer

This is driving me insane.
