How can I make my pc recognize my iPhone?

Want to load photos from my iPhone into my pc. How?

Nope. Nothing improved. That setting was already ok. The message from the pc is: "One USB unit that is connected to the computer, is not functional and can not be recognized. Click here is you wish to receive help to solve the problem."

have you installed itunes on the computer`? it comes with drivers for the iphone to be detected as usb device too

Thanks for the update! As Nafcom stated installing iTunes would be a good idea as well to get he proper drivers installed for the device. If you are still having issues using it, you can use this article to help troubleshoot the USB connection further:
