This morning I got an email that an album I pre-ordered is available for download. Everytime I'm asked to login to iTunes, it's not going through, so I can't download anything. I'm able to login to iTunes on my computer, so it's not a password issue. Help!!

Is it possible that you are attempting to log in to an account with a different Apple ID on your iPhone? You can check this following the steps in this article -
