Windows Migration assistant will not install properly?

I just got a Macbook Pro and im trying to us the migration assistant to transfer the files on my old Toshiba laptop running windows 7. However the migration assistant refuse to install properly and just continually tells me to repair the software and try again which i have done repeatedly.
