iPhone won't turn on and can't recover/restore or connect to iTunes

My iPhone was updating and iOS update on 4% battery, my phone has turned off after downloading/installing and I can't turn it on, it won't connect to iTunes and I can't recover or restore, and when I press/hold any of the buttons it's still a black screen on my phone, is there any solutions?
