I am making a fan-made imovie trailer based on the game " Morbus " I sent the clips i needed to my ipads email but i ran in to a wall quickly. How do i even get a video from the emails app to the photos app?
You mean you want to go out and buy it in a store in a physical box?
Got to you nearest Software supplier, ie. Office Max, CompUSA etc.. and ask about there software. I'm sure they'll have at least one.
You're trying to save .WMV (a Microsoft Windows format) videos on an Apple device. See here for support video types:

Alternatively, search the App Store for a video player that supports WMV files. It may register with iOS as being able to accept those files you are trying to download.
Tthe standard way to get any file, photo or document into an app that it is compatible with, is to use the Open In option.
Tap and hold down on the movie icon and select Open In - and you should be able to select iMovie as one of the apps in order to transfer the movie into iMovie. No need to save it to the Photos app, at least as far as I know.
I'm sorry, but the Ignore and Delete messages are foreign to me. I've never experienced either of those. When I tap and hold down on the movie icon in my email message I am presented with this.

EPIC FAIL! I already tried this but it says that it has no idea what to do with the file and dosnt give you any other choices besides "Ignore" and "Delete". Any other solutions?

You're welcome. Once you have the software installed it is offline, but you obviously need to download the app first.
