I hooked my phone up to iTunes and it still is not updating
Really could use some help here. Went to a AT&T store earlier and that didn't work. Now I have my iPhone 5 hooked up to iTunes and it still isn't doing anything. What am I doing wrong?
What exactly are you trying to do when you connect the iPhone then launch iTunes?
Sync? Backup? Restore?
