Not sure if I understand completely. You've set up a raid with 3 3tb sata drives installed internally in a macpro?
What format are you shooting? 1080? Pretty sure fcp7 has a problem with clips that are spanned over multiple files with this camera. Could that be the problem? Can you capture short clips?
Does the raid function normally otherwise? Can you try and log and transfer to your startup drive?
