I cannot sync or edit my iPod after the latest update!

After the latest iTunes update 11.2.2.5, I can no longer add new songs or playlists to my iPod! Is this a new revamp of how syncing works, or is my installation faulty?

I can no longer see the playlists on my iPod through iTunes. If I want to add a new song, one or many, or add a playlist, it asks me to remove all my songs on the iPod.

Even so, it refuses to let me add one song at a time, nor will it let me create playlists unique to my iPod. I have to create the playlist on my PC, and then sync it to my iPod. If I delete the playlist from my PC, it will also delete it from my iPod. I do have 'manually sync' turned on.

Hi Zmajev,

If you are having syncing issues after an update to iTunes 11.2.2.5, you may want to try updating to the most recent version (iTunes 11.3, which was just released yesterday) and see if the issues still persist. You may find the following article helpful:
