Your browser is "highjacked", you might have a virus. Have you clicked on some suspicious links recently, or downloaded apps from outside the App Store?

I would recommend you download Sophos antivirus. It's free from Mac. Update the antivirus and run a full virus scan.

You do not have a virus, nor is Sophos likely to help. You may, at most, have adware... however, you may also have another problem, such as a compromised network. Since all browsers are affected, that limits the adware you might have, as many adware programs only affect one or two specific browsers. One important test to try is to test on a different network and see if the problem continues.

I think you set the homepage to canadaalltax.com (by some unknown installers)!To change this,go Safari->Preference->General and set the homepage.
