ok my iPad 2. my iPad 2 has not been starting for a few days now and the warranty is up it is from 2011 and when i start it up it god to the apple logo and stays there and does not load

Warranty expired or not try taking it into the local Apple store. I have had several problems fixed free of charge even out of warranty.
