2012 13' Macbook Pro Freezes practically everytime I click anything.

For about a week, my Macbook Pro constantly freezes, resulting in the spinning beach ball twirling anywhere from 30 seconds to a few minutes.

I'm only using 150 gb out of the 500 gb available hard drive storage and I have 8 gb of ram. So I know not having enough of either of those is causing a problem.

Issues

-Applications often don't respond when I click them in the dock. They'll bounce for a few minutes then say "Not Responding".

-Audio playback is interrupted every few minutes.

-Startup time has significantly gone up. It sometimes takes up to 15 minutes just to startup.

-Fan continually runs even after the screen is shut, resulting in the battery dying.

-Anything such as Photoshop or Lightroom fail to run smoothly at all.

-Internet searches often become stuck at a blank page and sometimes remain there for several minutes.

-I often receive a pop up message from Chrome alerting me that the page is not responding.

-Every Chrome extension will suddenly crash

-Anywhere from a 2-6 second delay when scrolling in an application

-The computer is very laggy over all. Anything I do requires me to wait anywhere from 30 seconds to a few minutes before the computer registers the input.

What I've done in attempt to solve this conundrum

-Resetting the SMC

-Resetting the PRAM

-Updating all software

-Verifying and repairing disk permissions

-Clearing the system cache

-Restarting the system in Safe Mode -- No problems. Laptop ran just fine.

-Placing my hard drive in another Macbook Pro. The system ran fine with no hiccups which seemed to conclude the issue was not software related.

-Placed Ram from another MBP in mine. The system ran much smoother which lead me to believe it was one of my Ram sticks that was faulty but after later use, my laptop began to ran extremely slow again. (It took me 5 1/2 hours to edit 4 simple pictures)

-Ran a hardware check -- No problems were found

I honestly don't know what the problem is. Hopefully someone else can help me resolve this issue.

Thanks

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:

☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)

☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.

☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.

The title of the Console window should be All Messages. If it isn't, select

SYSTEM LOG QUERIES ▹ All Messages

from the log list on the left. If you don't see that list, select

View ▹ Show Log List

from the menu bar at the top of the screen.Click the Clear Display icon in the toolbar. Then try the action that you're having trouble with again. Select any messages that appear in the Console window. Copy them to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message by pressing command-V.

The log contains a vast amount of information, almost all of which is irrelevant to solving any particular problem. When posting a log extract, be selective. A few dozen lines are almost always more than enough.

Please don't indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.

Please don't post screenshots of log messages—post the text.

Some private information, such as your name, may appear in the log. Anonymize before posting.

Here are the messages after it repeatedly froze while browsing the internet. Also, I did mention that the laptop ran fine in safe mode, that was a mistake. It did not. It ran the same.

I Reset the SMC again to no avail. I also tried wiping the hard drive and resetting it to factory settings. I tried browsing around on the laptop with nothing but the operating system on it and it still ran slow. I then out all of my files back on it and it ran just as slow. It seems to be progressively becoming worse. It often becomes completely unresponsive for minutes. The interval between these times of unresponsiveness is decreasing.

You're dealing with a hardware fault, possibly the internal drive.

Make a "Genius" appointment at an Apple Store, or go to another authorized service provider.

Back up all data on the internal drive(s) before you hand over your computer to anyone. There are ways to back up a computer that isn't fully functional—ask if you need guidance.

If privacy is a concern, erase the data partition(s) with the option to write zeros* (do this only if you have at least two complete, independent backups, and you know how to restore to an empty drive from any of them.) Don’t erase the recovery partition, if present.

Keeping your confidential data secure during hardware repair

Apple also recommends that you deauthorize a device in the iTunes Store before having it serviced.

*An SSD doesn't need to be zeroed.

2012 13' Macbook Pro Freezes practically everytime I click anything.
