Anyway it had died when i forgot to turn it off, and left the house. When i came back the ipod battery was dead and ipod off. i hooked it up to the cp via usb cord. the itunes poped up and it said would u like to register ur ipod? and i did again sice 8 months ago, then when i closed the window it showed that all of my songs were gone!, but the memory of holding the songs were used? please help me find out whats go on.

Welcome to Apple Discussions!

Are all the songs still on your computer in iTunes?

If so, restore your iPod and then put the songs back on the iPod from iTunes...
Restore iPod

If the songs are no longer on your computer, use this program's repair function...
YamiPod
Repair iPod (YamiPod)
(It is better to restore your iPod and reload the music from iTunes if you have it)
