Pc dont have drivers in recovery mode my ipad stuck

my ipad stuck in recovery mode and now my pc dont find it , i tried with another cable , another pc , my itunes is uptadet , i tried with this "iOS: Device not recognized in iTunes for Windows " but not working please anyone who had same problem and he solved or any expert chat with me 😟 😟
