IOS 7.1.2 (iCloud Issues)

Hello,

I am unable to access almost every feature on my iPhone 5s. I applied the update for IOS 7.1.2 and since then it keeps prompting me for my old iCloud account password. It isn't even using my current Apple ID. The same is happening on my wife's device, which is also a 5s. Any help would be appreciated. We have already tried a hard reset and to reset the password on the Apple ID it is asking for, but it says the identity cannot be confirmed (perhaps because it is an old account).

Thanks,

Ed
