I have 27" LED Cinema Display A1316 and i have macbook air (serial number C02GL0UMDJWT) with Maveriks OS 10.9.4.
In monitor i don't have brightness control in setting?
Have i can control brightness in 27" LED Cinema Display A1316?

Is the display's USB cable plugged into the computer? It is needed for brightness control.
If that isn't the problem, try the EDID Reset Tool:
