cannot connect to wifi

July 8th, I installed the 10.9.4 update and after that my apple iMac and macbook pro don't want to connect to internet. Macbook goes in and out of internet.

My phone is also acting up and does not want to connect to wifi which makes me think it may not have anything to do with the update. is anyone else facing this problem?
