I am trying to download podcasts, and I am getting an error message.

I am trying to download podcasts, and I am getting an error message. I have tried unsubscribing and resubscribing, deleting and redownloading the podcast, and shutting off and turning on my computer an iphone. I have also tried refreshing the podcast. I have also tried closing itunes and reopening it. What gives? I have an iphone 5s and my MacBookPro and the software is updated on both. What gives?
