iPhone 5s battery drain fast

Hi guys. I ve bought a brand new iphone 5s from apple store from uk gold one . I never dropped or watter damage. Is look like brand new.. I know they are tons plenty topics with this kind of problem. But i wanna ask if is normal for my phone to have an usage of 3 hours and my battey is 13% with 12h standby. My average of usage is 4 hours-5h in good days. I don t play games. I don t use wifi . No location services. No background apps. No app refresh . Fetch/push off. Just some time i activate 3g without lte and cellular for check 2-3 apps like facebook yahoo.... now i m in holiday .

Will apple replace my device?

Is this a nnormal usage ¿¡

I saw plenty topics with tips for extend battery life. How i said i know all this steps because i set my all idevices anti drain... i don t know if is a problem with this ios7.1 how all people saiid buut..i don t have no more option all data for refresh is off. I hope they will replace my device.. and i think i will choose the black model if is possible?

If your phone is replaced it will be with one exactly like the one you have including color.

This is normal for the iphone. My phone is about the same battery life, but what I found that helps a little, is turning your screen brightness off auto. The phone is always trying to adjust to the light but most of the time it puts the brightness at full which drains your battery very fast.
