I preordered a movie a while ago and received an email with the confirmation but now that it is available to everyone i can't seem to download it, it says that i have to purchase it again even though i already payed. HELP MEEEE PLEASE

You are sure that you've paid for it, it's been deducted from your payment method e.g. account's balance or credit card ? Pre-orders aren't paid-for when you pre-order them, you are charged when they are released and you download them - at any time up until that point you could cancel the pre-order, so you can't be charged until then.
